Mixology
Every recipe brings together the character of one of our mezcales with ingredients chosen to awaken all the senses. For those who host at home, who pour with intent, who celebrate the long table.
The craft behind every pour
YULIIA is born in the Espadín agave fields of Tlacolula de Matamoros, Oaxaca, under the hand of our maestro mezcalero Ernesto Chagoya. A young mezcal — 100% certified-artisanal, 40° alcohol — soft on the palate and the spirit at the heart of every recipe on this page.
The bottle itself comes from another state and another set of hands. Since 1956, Margarita Ramírez has painted — in the village of Maxela, Tepecoacuilco, Guerrero — the folk art that dresses every YULIIA: fish, birds, flowers, jaripeos, weddings and dances of her town. She learned the trade from her parents, who learned it from theirs.
"Into every piece we paint, we put love and devotion — so that every YULIIA Mezcal bottle is the most beautiful, of the highest quality."
Mezcal-based liqueurs
Our liqueur line pairs the softness of YULIIA Mezcal Artesanal 100% Espadín with four flavors drawn from across Mexico. Each is folded in during distillation — not after — so every pour keeps the mezcal's character. 18° alcohol, 100% natural fruit, made to share.

Flavor 02
The bright bite of hibiscus balanced by the smooth backbone of mezcal — built for long sobremesas and family tables.

A salute to Oaxaca and to the Mexican tropics — fresh coconut folded into Espadín, with the color and warmth of the coastline.
Flavor 04
The sharp perfume of passion fruit threading through Espadín — a knot tied between the agave fields and the secrets of the tropics.
